About this item These high-quality, jumbo-sized wool wax daubers are designed for wax application over holes containing mushroom plugs and/or sawdust spawn in inoculated logs. If inoculating logs in fall and/or applying wax in temps below 50 degrees F, daubers and wax will harden quickly. Therefore, we recommend a plugged-in crock pot (vs. a pot taken from the stove) for dipping.
