I work in the receiving area for a retail store and we constantly had outdated phone numbers for companies and vendors, just randomly written in a note book. I bought this and used multicolored index cards to organize the contact numbers and information easier. Loved the closed box since it gets pretty dirty and dusty in the back. This keeps it nice and clean, organized and easily accessible for all my managers to use.
