As soon as I saw that the packaging looked different and said “new and improved formula”, that right there told me I’d need to find something else to use going forward. Nonetheless, I figured I’d give this new one an chance anyway. Well, I was disappointed as expected. The original product worked great; if I had a pimple forming, I could literally see it shrinking when I used this product and it also helped with my oily skin. I can go so far to say it cleared my skin up better than some of the other more expensive brands I used, which is why I started buying it again to begin with. This new formula, however, doesn’t really work at all. And I compared the ingredients of the original bottle to this new one and it says there isn’t a difference but obviously you all removed whatever it was that was helping to remove acne. I would have rather you raised the price for the original than to completely change the formula and charge the same amount. Well, I’ll be going back to using what I already had before and keep searching for something more effective in the meantime.
